[Cardfight!! Vanguard] Thoughts after the release of BT05

After one whole month of deck testing against the new card in BT06, I can only conclude that 10k Vanguards are becoming a huge disadvantage. This pretty means I have to change my play style and reconstruct my deck. I hate to admit it, but I may even need to change to a new clan.

There are few reasons to my statement:
  1. 13k/12k Vanguards. Holy shit, you kidding me? To harass the said Vanguards, you'll need at least 18k/17k power from all sides, in order to force your opponent to guard with 10k for Rearguards, 15k (two to pass) for Vanguards, and this sometimes is just not enough. Besides, their high power, these pesky bastards have pretty annoying abilities that will make you pull your hair: The End's Persona Blast allows it to stand again, which pretty much means an extra Twin Drive!! for your opponent; PBO's Persona Blast allows it to gain 10k power and 1 critical, it may bot be a big hassle if you have a null guard, but if you don't, good luck guarding the attack; MLB's passive ability when Blaster Blade and Blaster Dark are in his soul, an increased 2k power and 1 critical every motherfucking turn.
  2. The ability to deal 20k power from Rearguards. This is a major headache to many players with 10k Vanguards, this pretty much means you'll need a 15k guard against the attack. Don't forget trigger checks, if you're that unlucky, 25k right at you face, good luck guarding it.
  3. The rise of 11k Vanguards. By this, I mean 11k Vanguards with good abilities. Take Stern Blaukruger (yes, I know it's from BT04) for example, that fucking Gundam annoys the fuck out of you, forcing you to guard it's attack every turn due to the fact that it may stand again if it's attack hits a Vanguard (of course, by paying cost too, go check the full effects on Wikia).

Well, now you see my agony. Maybe I should just construct a Neo Nectar deck... >.>
