Oh you guise, BSR still loves you.

Sanctioned event in March: no fighters rules on deck building applies. It means you guys may use cards that are being banned or restricted. Silvest may be used, Barcgal may be used as startup VG, and the recent restriction will not be in effect.

Though it will only be held in Japan. At least it's still a good news for you QQ'ers, no?

[Cardfight!! Vanguard] Thoughts on Oct '12's restriction list

I know everyone has been QQ'ing about the new restriction list.

To be honest, I don't care. You might say "LOL AKI BUT YOU NO HAVE THE DECKS, SO YOU NO KNOW HOW WE FEEL DESU!!!!!!". Oh, really? I do have such decks - MLB-KoK, Eclipse, and The End. I just chose not to use them frequently, because I prefer to go against the norm.

Know what? I agree with uncle Homura, we brought this upon ourselves. If you guys do notice, the cards being restricted are dominating competitions and tournaments everywhere. These are the players who dominates the majority of player base, spamming the said cards everywhere and refusing to switch for other options. It's due to this, BSR tried to balance out the meta by introducing more crossrides and restricting the said cards.

inb4, Aki is a BSR fanboi. No, I kinda disagree with BSR's decision on this restriction list. However, to have the players switch for other playstyles, you just have to take drastic measures sometimes, and this is what BSR opt to do. Surely, the staffs over at BSR would have thought thoroughly before coming up with such restriction.

You guys might ask about Ezel, Vermillion, Maelstrom, etc. Aren't they meta too? I'd say yes, they're becoming meta clans too. I won't be surprised if BSR decides to introduce restriction on them one day if players keep spamming them on every stages of competition.

Do remember that we still have many clans to try out. It's not like BSR is shutting you off from playing Vanguard, no? Just like everything and any card games, Vanguard will keep changing and evolving. So, if you really think that this restriction is fucking up the game, and you see no future in the game, you are welcome to quit the game; others will keep adapting to the game, just like how everyone does.

On 10th December 2012, it was announced for the Japanese version of Cardfight!! Vanguard that the following restriction on cards will take place:

**As the situation is different for the Japanese and English versions, there are currently no plans to implement the following restriction for the English version of Cardfight!! Vanguard at all!**

With effect from the 1st of January 2013, for the Japanese version of Cardfight!! Vanguard, the cards highlighted in the following list will be restricted to up to a total of two cards in the deck (including the first vanguard).

WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS ABILITY? THE ONLY TRUE GOOD CARD IN BT09 HAS APPEARED? Above average, that's all. Decent card, meh...

inb4, saying the card is edited, I do believe this is a real pre-release by BSR. BSR have always pre-release cards 1-2 weeks before the release of a booster, and given a look at the image, considering many possibilities, I strongly stand by my statement. If you're going for the "BUT AKI THE CARD NUMBER IS WRONG DESU!!!!", don't even try to start this. The card is printed as BT09/S02, because it is a bloody SP. Common sense is is much appreciated.

You're welcome to bash me however you like when this is proved to be a fake image.

BSR pre-released the cards just to laugh at you morons claiming it's OP, fake, fake and fake. Just like what I've said, BSR always pre-release cards 1-2 weeks before the release.
