As mentioned on the title, I need you guys to help me decide which NN deck should I finish first - Arboros Dragon deck or Cecilia deck? I like both builds very much, and I can't decide to finish which deck first. I have a limited budget which allows me to finish one of the deck first, another later in few months time. So, I really need your help in making up my mind.
DO EET guys, help a miserable dummy make up his mind.
